Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click the 'Sign In' button in the header and select 'Create Account'. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. You can also sign up using your Google or Apple account.
Is Scholarly free to use?
Yes! We offer a free tier that gives you access to a selection of our resources. For unlimited access to our entire library, you can upgrade to a Premium subscription.
What types of resources are available?
Our library includes books, articles, research papers, video lectures, audiobooks, and academic journals across a wide range of subjects including science, humanities, business, arts, and more.

Subscription & Billing

What's included in Premium?
Premium members get unlimited access to all 100,000+ resources, offline downloads, ad-free reading, personalized recommendations, and priority support.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with Premium. Contact our support team to request a refund.

Using the Library

How do I save resources for later?
Click the bookmark icon on any resource to save it to your bookmarks. You can organize bookmarks into custom reading lists from your dashboard.
Can I download resources for offline reading?
Premium members can download resources for offline access in our mobile apps. Downloaded content is available for 30 days before requiring a connection refresh.
How does the search work?
Our search supports keywords, phrases (in quotes), and filters by type, subject, date, and language. Use the Advanced Search page for more options.

Account & Settings

How do I change my password?
Go to your Dashboard, click Settings, and select 'Security'. You can change your password or enable two-factor authentication there.
Can I export my reading history?
Yes, you can export your complete reading history, bookmarks, and notes from the Settings page in CSV or JSON format.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data.
